Our Policy
At SeenOnHer, we take great care in the quality of every product we ship. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We only accept returns where a product arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described or shown on our website.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) - Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) - you are entitled to a remedy if a product:
- Has a major failure (is unsafe, significantly different from description, or doesn't do what it's supposed to)
- Has a minor failure that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time
- Arrives damaged or faulty
In these cases, you are entitled to choose a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
How to Lodge a Return or Claim
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video of the damage or fault

We will assess your claim and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement/refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind purchases
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- Items without original packaging where required
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
