How long does shipping take?
Australian orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. International orders can take 10-20 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over . Orders under incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@seenonher.com.au within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, orders may have already been dispatched.

What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?
Our pieces are crafted from a range of quality materials including stainless steel, alloy, and coated glass. Each product page lists the specific materials used. We recommend keeping jewellery away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to maintain its finish.
Are your watches water resistant?
Many of our watches feature 30M water resistance, making them suitable for daily wear and splashes. They are not suitable for swimming or diving. Check individual product pages for specific water resistance ratings.
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and chemicals
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All watches come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, water damage beyond the rated resistance, or normal wear and tear.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will absolutely make it right. Please see our full Returns Policy.
My item arrived damaged - what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@seenonher.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll sort it out for you right away.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
